The Blues Foundation announced its winners for the 2024 Blues Music Awards Thursday night in Memphis, Tennessee.

- Song of the year : What kind of fool by Ruthie Foster, Hadden Sayers & Scottie Miller
- Best Vocalist : Ruthie Foster
- Best Guitarist : Christone “Kingfish” Ingram
- Band of the Year : The Nick Moss Band
- Best Acoustic Blues Artist : Keb’ Mo’
- Male soul blues artist : John Németh
- Contemporary female blues artist : Danielle Nicole
