The Washington Blues Society is a non-profit all volunteer organization whose mission is to promote, preserve, and advance the culture and tradition of blues music as an art form.
Nikhil Bagga is a 16-year-old singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in Seattle. Born in
Toronto, he picked up the guitar at age 9, inspired early by artists like AC/DC, Ed Sheeran,
and Queen. At only 10, he began busking on San Diego’s Pacific Beach and played the Ruby
Room in Tokyo Japan later that year . By the age of 12, he performed the National Anthem
for over 17,000 fans at a Seattle Kraken game inside Climate Pledge Arena, and at 14 , he
played for over 50,000 live at the NHL Winter Classic — with millions watching & streaming
globally live. In addition he has played the Bluebird Café in Nashville
Nikhil has had the opportunity to share the stage with icons like George Clinton and Parliament
Funkadelic. He has added the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Mayer, BB
King, Billy Strings, Eric Clapton & Joe Bonomassa to his inspirations, His original music
blends '90s grunge with modern rock & blues, resonating with audiences of all ages.
He’s since attended Berklee College of Music’s intensive Aspire program, received the 2025
YoungArts Award and was named one of 425 Magazine’s "30 Under 30".
